Enchanted Needle Tattoo Studio Booking PoliciesThank you for choosing Enchanted Needle Tattoo Studio! Please read these policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies.Deposits* A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will be determined based on the size and complexity of your tattoo.
* Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
* Your deposit covers the time spent designing and preparing your custom tattoo and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.Rescheduling & Cancellations* If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will have their deposit transferred to the new appointment date.
* Cancellations and no-call/no-shows are not eligible for a deposit refund. Your deposit compensates me for the time spent designing and preparing your custom tattoo.
* The only exception to the non-refundable deposit policy is a true emergency, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.Appointment Day* Please arrive on time.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule.
* Please eat a meal, stay hydrated, and get a good night’s sleep before your appointment.
* Clients who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be tattooed.Guests* You are welcome to bring one friend or family member to your appointment.
* Children are not permitted unless approved by me before your appointment.
* If multiple people are being tattooed together, additional guests are welcome. Please let me know ahead of time so I can prepare accordingly.Identification* A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every appointment.
* I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.Health & SafetyPlease let me know before your appointment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, feeling ill, taking blood thinners, or have any medical condition that may affect tattooing or the healing process.Right to Refuse ServiceI reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, unsafe tattoo requests, or requests outside my artistic style or comfort level.Thank you for respecting these policies.
